General relativity

Title

General relativity constitutes an applied branch of the physics of natural systems oriented to the gravitational study of systems where the curvature of space-time is physically relevant.

Its foundation lies in the equivalence between gravity and geometry, through which matter and energy determine the dynamic structure of the surrounding space-time.

Furthermore, this discipline deals with the analysis of extreme orbits, gravitational lenses, black holes and cosmology, which makes it possible to describe phenomena inaccessible to classical gravitation.
