Ampère's law allows estimating the current flow that passes through a section that is proportional to the magnetic field by adding its tangential components around the edge of the section. The electric field through the section is included in the Maxwell version. In its differential version it is reduced to that the variation of the electric field in time plus the flow is proportional to the rotor of the magnetic field.
