Part A financial flows (E2, Block I) are the layer that finances the real system: trade credit enables stock in logistical transit, FDI finances investment in productive capacity, and letters of credit enable MRIO flows. This module analyzes the internal anatomy of that financing system: how debt accumulates, how leverage amplifies both profits and losses, how liquidity disappears precisely when it is needed most, and how the financial system can destroy itself without any external shock.
