Information, AI and Entropy

Title

Shannon's information theory treats information as a measurable physical entity—exactly analogous to thermodynamic entropy. This module applies that formalism to economics: prices are noisy signals, markets are mechanisms for aggregating dispersed information, information asymmetry is the organizing principle of the strategic games of Part I, and AI agents are information processors that learn and compete in markets.
