The first-Party MRIO is, in essence, a weighted bipartite graph: country-sectors are the nodes, input flows are the links. But standard MRIO graph theory only measures total flows, ignoring topology. This module introduces the structural properties that determine the fragility and resilience of the system: high centrality hubs, sectoral modularity and propagation of disturbances through the network. The waterfalls, which were listed as E5 in the draft, are the dynamic result of the M2 and M3 models on this topology — not a constituent element.
