Ground contact diagnosis analyzes how the foot interacts with the surface: the temporal pattern of the GRF, the type of contact (heel, midfoot, forefoot), the point of force application (COP), the loading rate and the impulses generated. The high-frequency force platform (10002000 Hz) accurately captures the passive (F1, present at heel contact) and active (F2) impact peaks of the vertical GRF. Plantar pressure distribution (insole with sensors) maps pressures in each area of the foot (heel, arch, metatarsal, toes) throughout contact. The reactive strength index (RSI) combines jump height and contact time in rebound exercises. Bilateral asymmetry of GRF impulses indicates imbalances in loading of each limb. Measured variables: GRF(t) in 3 components, plantar pressure distribution, contact time. Determined values: pulses, charge rate, COP, F1/F2 peaks, RSI, asymmetry.
