Empowered Company (AI)
Title
The company with AI is not a different entity, but the same organization observed through an operational redesign lens: what resources can be automated, what activities should be enhanced or amplified with AI to improve the satisfactions that the customer values, and what new products or services emerge as a result of that process. The model is articulated continuously from the Product, passes through the Satisfactores that it delivers, continues in the Processes that generate them, descends to the Activities that compose them and the Positions that execute them, until reaching the Resources and Information that support them, all of them susceptible to being rationalized, optimized and reconfigured through AI, not only to achieve specific efficiencies, but to enable new value propositions from the comprehensive reorganization of the system.
